18th Anniversary of Twinning

Every year, the Filipino-Canadian Association of Vaughan (FCAV) celebrates the Twinning otherwise known as Friendship Agreement or Sister City relationship between the City of Vaughan and Baguio City, Philippines. This year, the celebration was held on Saturday, October 24, at Patricia Kemp Community. FCAV was instrumental in the realization of the Friendship Agreement and we are proud of this accomplishment.
Dr. Gila Martow, MPP for Thornhill presented a plaque to the officers of FCAV. We thank the City of Vaughan for placing flowers at the Sister City sign at Dufferin and Steeles yearly.
